Refund policy

• We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Electric Picks, but if for any reason you need to initiate a return, we will accept your return within 30 days of arrival. Merchandise should be unworn and in the same condition as when it was received. 
• To initiate a return, visit our Return Portal HERE.
• Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding major US Holidays) for returns to be processed once they have arrived at our location. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
• Custom orders are not eligible for a return. Polishing cloths, sample sale pieces, mystery items/boxes, gift cards, gift boxes, and Earring Backs are final sale.
