GOLD FILLED:

Designed for everyday wear and contains significantly more gold than gold-plated jewelry—offering up to 100% more gold content and superior resistance to tarnishing.

While it is safe for daily use, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, applying strong skincare products, or exposing it to harsh chemicals. Taking these precautions will help extend the life of your pieces and preserve their beautiful finish over time.

GOLD-PLATED, GOLD VERMEIL AND STERLING SILVER PLATED:

We recommend you keep it dry and away from skincare products. Remove your pieces to shower, swim, and avoid coming into contact with lotions and creams.

We plate our pieces with a layer of gold that is 4x the industry standard and use a protective coating to prevent tarnishing. These additional steps will help extend the life of your piece. Storage tip- keep it in a plastic bag to help avoid moisture in the air.

STERLING SILVER:

When exposed to oxygen, Sterling Silver naturally oxidizes over time. We recommend you store your jewelry in an airtight baggie- your Electric Picks bag is a great choice! If your pieces oxidize, use a silver polishing cloth to bring back their original shine.

FRESHWATER PEARLS:

Freshwater pearls are extremely durable, and if cared for properly, will retain the original color, luster and orient for decades to come. Pearls should never be submerged in water and should be removed before applying lotions, creams and perfumes. Pearls actually benefit from body moisture so wear them often to keep them looking their best!
