We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Electric Picks, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return or exchange of merchandise within 14 days of arrival. Merchandise should be unworn and in the same condition as when it was received.

Custom orders are not eligible for a return, but we are happy to issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card or an exchange for another item. We deduct $6 from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label

Items must be in a new, unworn condition to be eligible for return/credit.
Items can only be exchanged in the same order one time. To exchange an item that was already exchanged, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

We want you to be confident in your purchase.  If anything should happen to your item, we will repair or replate (redip) any item at any time - guaranteed.  To begin the repairs process, please email our wonderful customer care team at:  customercare@electricpicks.com.  Please allow 7-14 business days once we have received the item for repairs and replating.
