Returns and Exchanges 

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Electric Picks, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of merchandise within 14 days of arrival. Merchandise should be unworn and in the same condition as when it was received. 

Please visit https://shopify.com/10771693649/account to initiate your return. If you do not have an account you can create one using the email that was entered when the order was placed. We are currently unable to support exchanges at this time.

Custom orders and orders during our big sale promotion (8/15/23-8/22/23) are not eligible for a return, but we are happy to issue you  store credit in the form of a gift card. We deduct $6 from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label and $18 for international orders. 

Items must be in a new, unworn condition to be eligible for return/credit.
Items can only be exchanged in the same order one time. To exchange an item that was already exchanged, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
Please note shipping costs and package protection is non-refundable.

We want you to be confident in your purchase.  If anything should happen to your item, we will repair or replate (redip) any item at any time - guaranteed.  To begin the repairs process, please email our wonderful customer care team at:  customercare@electricpicks.com.  Please allow 7-14 business days once we have received the item for repairs and replating.
