Electric Picks strives to inspire and give back to causes that are meaningful to both our team and community.

We’ve donated over $100,000 to a variety of causes with an emphasis on mental and maternal health.

Our Founder, MJ Carlson, experienced being bullied first hand as a high-school freshman growing up in the suburbs of Chicago. Walking into school and being told she wasn’t good enough left a lasting impact on her life, inspiring her to raise awareness around the bullying and cyber bullying endemic.

It’s inspired a path of paying it forward turning personal pain into a purposeful mission to help causes like The Kind Campaign. We’ve also partnered with Laura Beverlin to raise money for Baby Quest, providing grants for those dealing with infertility. “Merging business and purpose is the ultimate success.”- MJ Carlson.
